fitness workouts?

i have about 5 weeks, maybe four now…to get toned before i go back to school for spring semester

what are some exercises, workout plans that i can do to tone my body?

specific parts i want to tone/improve are my
abs, arms, thighs and gluteus maximus
i don’t need to or want to lose any weight
i just wanna shape up

    ITS FUNNY BUT U HAVE TO WORK OUT UR HOLE BODY AS TO LOSE ANY WHERE U NEED TO DO ALOT OF CARDIO/WALK
    ALSO DIET
    EAT 5TIMES DAILY
    EX:
    OATMEAL
    PUDDING
    WHOLE GRAIN BREAD WITH JELLY
    APPLE
    SOUP
    EAT EVERY 2-3HOURS
    SMALL MEALS
    TRY TO NOT HAVE RICE,PASTA,COKE,SODIUM

    run each day, but also do squats and bench pressing.

    Loosen up with the running, then go into the large muscle exercises like squats and bench, then finish off with crunches to.
    Don’t forget to eat your protein and cut out the fat
