It’s alright to start exercising, but stick to low-impact exercises like push ups and chin ups. Leave the weight lifting until later.* Squats and dead lifts can be started after the age of 16. These exercises require a great amount of precision to be done correctly. If you do not do them the right way, you can cause serious injury to your body.* There is no reason you should ever take any type of testosterone supplements in your body building program. Teen boys naturally have a large amount of testosterone already in their bodies. When a testosterone supplement is added to a teen body building program, you risk stunting your growth.* Your diet should include a large amount of protein and carbohydrates. These two nutrients provide you with energy and muscle building power, so be sure to eat right.* Rest is also very important in a teen body building program. Not only will sleep help you concentrate more and be an effective exerciser, rest will also help your body prepare itself for another workout and repair whatever damage was done during the day. Muscles grow at night when you’re asleep, so get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep per night if not more.* If you are serious about body building as a teen, it’s important that you stick with your workout program and keep an eye on your ultimate goal. Unless you have a very good reason, you need to stick with your workout plan and not skip days in favor of other activities.Body building is a great way for a teen to get fit, lose weight, and stay healthy. If you start being conscious of your body and your health when you are young, you are setting the stage for a healthy adult life as well. In general, teen body building is a great way to achieve the goal of a healthy body and a healthy life – just be sure you aren’t pushing yourself beyond your limits. Use the advice of adults, and start today!

One of the greatest ways to burn fat and develop/maintain muscle is by increasing your body’s GH (or growth hormone) levels. Growth Hormone is produced by the pituitary gland and it’s levels usually peak during puberty then slowly and steadily decline with age. GH not only plays a key role in muscle development and maintenance but it also assists with fat burning. Experts have concluded that increasing your GH levels will not only assist in bone and muscle mass development but will also help to shed fat. For years, bodybuilders have injected synthetic GH to experience the amazing effects it has on their body composition. Unfortunately, the synthetic version of this hormone is very expensive, hard to obtain and causes undesirable side effects. The good news is that you can increase your GH levels naturally, and without any side effects! All you have to do is engage in a targeted hormone stimulating training program. You can start jacking up your own growth hormone today by applying some of these key elements to your workouts: GH and YOU: Incorporating GH into Your Fat Loss Program 1) Exercise Intensity- In order to increase your GH levels make sure that your workouts are INTENSE! When you have reached optimal intensity levels with your workout do not exceed about 50 minutes. Keep in mind that intense training beyond the 50 minute mark it will actually cause a negative effect on the hormone response to your body. 2) Exercise volume- You’ll have to do as much quality work as you can possibly can during the 50 minute time period. To do this effectively you must alternate sets of exercises in such a way that you train different muscles that don’t interfere with each other. Alternating sets involves going from exercise A to exercise B with minimal rest in between. 3) Rest Periods- Keep your rest intervals as short as possible. Your rest interval is only there to allow recovery so you can perform another quality set. Resting any longer than that is a complete waste of time. To maximize GH output, keep most of your rest intervals between 60-90 seconds. 4) Rep Range- Most of your sets should be around 8-12 repetitions. This will increase lactic acid levels, which in turn activates the release of growth hormone. 5) Sprinting- A great way to trigger the release of GH in the body is old fashioned sprinting. I recommend performing 6-30 second sprints for optimal results. If you want to be in the shape of your life, follow these steps for a lean, mean new physique! Your workout might start out somewhat difficult for you but I assure you your additional efforts will pay you back big dividends. Finally, you’ll be able to lose stubborn belly fat and build new lean muscle in no time!

Being skinny doesn’t have to stop you from building big muscles. There is plenty of information available on how to gain weight for women. What you must know though is that many of the so-called health and fitness gurus out there are not to be trusted. The weight loss industry is full of scammers so you better be careful. You are also probably sick and tired of people who say they envy you because of the fact that you are a skinny girl. They get extra jealous when you tell them that no matter how hard you try, you just cannot seem to put on more weight. What they do not know is that it can be very frustrating for a skinny girl to be unable to gain weight. You should not worry though because there are actually effective steps that you can take if you want to know how to gain weight for women. The secret is to take a cue from the big boys (and girls) out there who have successfully packed on the muscles. “Weight” Can Mean Two Different Things When a skinny girl says that she wants to gain weight she doesn’t mean that she wants to get fat. The problem is many girls are also afraid to have muscles. They say things like, “I don’t want to look like a body builder.” What these girls must become aware of is that there are only two ways to gain weight – to add fat or muscles. The problem with fat – apart from being unhealthy – is that it gets distributed unevenly in the body. The best way for a woman to gain weight is to build muscles and the most effective way to do this is to add weight training to her regular workout routine or start lifting weights if she is not exercising already. If you are a skinny girl, you don’t have to be afraid of muscles. You will not end up looking like a bodybuilder. Having extra muscles can make a big difference in your overall weight because muscle mass weighs more than fat. Stop Doing the Same Old Cardio Exercises Cardio exercises are for losing weight not gaining it so stop doing it. As mentioned earlier, the best type of exercise to do to gain weight for women is weight training. In fact, weight training – whether with the use of weights or your own body weight is the only way to gain muscle mass. When it comes to weight training, you need to continually challenge your muscles by increasing the resistance to them. This will force your muscles to grow. What you need to do is limit your repetitions to between 4 to 8 per set and then do a total of 8 to 10 sets per workout. Doing more will actually be counterproductive. Eat, Eat and Eat You should add around 500 to 1000 calories extra per day to what you are already eating. The best way to achieve this is to eat 6 small meals throughout the day instead of the usual three. This scheme will also keep your metabolism up and will supply constant energy to your muscles You should also increase your consumption of protein. Ideally, you should eat a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. This means if you weigh 150 pounds then you need to eat at least 150 grams of protein per day. If you need more protein then you can add protein powders to your daily diet and then replace one of your meals with a protein shake. There are special protein powders on the market that are created specifically for women. Check out some more info on how to choose the right protein powder for you ==> Protein Powder For Women
